Sims 4 flat roof trim.
The trim i ve used and seen it happen on is the fine thatch roof trim.
Once its in place you can apply edging or fencing to give it some volume.
I have a screen i will post when i get a chance.
Adding a trim to the roof adds that finishing touch and can hide what may have been an unattractive area where roof meets wall.
There s lots of little hidden things when it comes to roofs hopefully this will help.
1 interior showing half wall.
Replacing the half wall with a full wall does not remove the interior trim.
Don t put in a roof.
2 22 2020 here s a screenshot of my house having this issue on the current patch.
Here are a few tips to help you graduate beyond just making a box with windows.
Sections of roof trim will just be black.
Once selected just click anywhere on a section of roof to apply the trim.
Or you can place a hipped roof and flatten it completely.
This is happening on ps4 also with 1 20.
Replacing the interior trim re draws the interior trim.
You will need to add the trim to each roof piece separately.
If you then color it black and apply a strong roof trim you can achieve the modern look with a thicker roof than using the first option.
Hover over each trim to access the color palate for that trim and make a selection.
2 shows what happens when section of half wall is deleted.
Although the sims 4 has made building houses better than ever it s still a bit tricky to make your dream home.
If you need a lighter color roof though the roof lines show on it and look odd.
