In most cases you can determine the wind of your garage door torsion spring by using the color coded system on the cones at the end of the spring. Both the winding and stationary cones are professionally installed for safe operation. Two p730 springs one on each side of the door can handle a 90 lbs. There are two at either side of the door to help with the tensile strength of each spring even though the extension is separate from one another.

They extend when the door is lowered and closed and retract as it opens. Four p730 springs two on each side of the door can handle a 150 lbs. Door with an initial tension of 110 lbs. Either 4 c hook s or 4 w hook s sold separately are required to connect the springs to the jamb hardware.
